Whether it's a hardware defect or simply a change of heart, we are committed to making your refund or exchange process as seamless as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account dashboard and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific item and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5 business days.
